Exploring User Settings

LoyaltyLoop offers robust user management features, giving you complete control over who has access to your account and what they can do. You have the flexibility to add as many users as you need, ensuring your whole team can utilize the platform effectively.

LoyaltyLoop provides different user roles, each with varying levels of access to account features:

  • Admin User: Full control. Can make any account changes, manage user-facing content, update users, update billing, view all feedback/leads/referrals, send campaigns, respond to Google Reviews, publish testimonials, add API keys, manage locations, and oversee affiliate program.
  • Standard User: Can manage user-facing content, view all feedback/leads/referrals, send campaigns, respond to Google Reviews, and publish testimonials.
  • Read-Only User: Can view all feedback, leads, referrals, testimonials, and Google Reviews, but cannot make changes or respond to reviews.

One of the great features is the ability to customize user settings to fit your business needs:

Circumstances change, and you may need to adjust user access. If a user no longer works for your company or their role changes, you have the ability to:

  • Disable: Temporarily disable the person's account, thereby restricting their access.
  • Delete: Delete their account entirely from LoyaltyLoop.

Alternatively, any Admin User on your account you can always contact LoyaltyLoop support to request a user be removed or updated.

When removing or updating users, remember to review your Signatures and customer-facing emails, such as Survey Invitations. The person you are removing may have a signature in these messages that will need to be updated.
