Effortlessly Restart Sales with Premier plan

Auto Detect & Engage Dormant Accounts

Did you know the new LoyaltyLoop Premier plan comes with a sales person? Well, technically not a sales person, but it does come with a sales process. The Premier plan automatically engages contact and accounts who have not purchased from you in a while, to help you effortlessly restart sales.

Sounds too good to be true? Well, it’s not. LoyaltyLoop does this, too. All you do is set a few parameters to tell LoyaltyLoop when a customer becomes dormant, and how you want LoyaltyLoop to engage. Then, the system goes to work for you automatically, just as if you had another sales person working on your team.

Exploring User Settings

LoyaltyLoop offers robust user management features, giving you complete control over who has access to your account and what they can do. You have the flexibility to add as many users as you need, ensuring your whole team can utilize the platform effectively.

LoyaltyLoop provides different user roles, each with varying levels of access to account features:

  • Admin User: Full control. Can make any account changes, manage user-facing content, update users, update billing, view all feedback/leads/referrals, send campaigns, respond to Google Reviews, publish testimonials, add API keys, manage locations, and oversee affiliate program.
  • Standard User: Can manage user-facing content, view all feedback/leads/referrals, send campaigns, respond to Google Reviews, and publish testimonials.
  • Read-Only User: Can view all feedback, leads, referrals, testimonials, and Google Reviews, but cannot make changes or respond to reviews.

One of the great features is the ability to customize user settings to fit your business needs:

Circumstances change, and you may need to adjust user access. If a user no longer works for your company or their role changes, you have the ability to:

  • Disable: Temporarily disable the person's account, thereby restricting their access.
  • Delete: Delete their account entirely from LoyaltyLoop.

Alternatively, any Admin User on your account you can always contact LoyaltyLoop support to request a user be removed or updated.

When removing or updating users, remember to review your Signatures and customer-facing emails, such as Survey Invitations. The person you are removing may have a signature in these messages that will need to be updated.

Did you know you can personalize your survey invitations with template tags?

In today's digital world, a personal touch can make all the difference, especially when asking for customer feedback. At LoyaltyLoop, we understand the power of personalization, which is why we've made it easy for you to customize your customer-facing emails, like your survey invitations, using template tags.

Template tags allow you to dynamically insert specific details from your customer data directly into your emails. These fields, such as a customer's name, order description, ship date, or even the name of the sales representative that helped them, can be pulled from your existing customer information and used to personalize your messages.

Why Personalize Your Emails?

Think about it: a customer is far more likely to engage with and respond to a message that feels tailored to them. By including specific details relevant to their experience, you make the email less generic and more engaging. This not only shows that you value their individual interaction but also helps reinforce your brand's unique voice. A personalized message feels less like an automated request and more like a direct, thoughtful outreach.

How to Add Template Tags to Your Emails

Adding a template tag is a simple process:

  1. Navigate to the Email: Go to the specific email you'd like to edit (for example, your survey invitation).
  2. Position Your Cursor: Find the exact spot within the email's content where you want to insert your template tag.
  3. Select the Tag: Look for the Tag icon on the right-hand side of the email editor. Click on it.
  4. Choose Your Tag: A dropdown menu will appear, displaying all available template tags from your data. Simply select the one you wish to insert, and it will automatically populate your email. That tag will appear surrounded by curly braces. For example, inserting "Company Name", will appear as {{CMP}}.

If there's a particular data field you're collecting that isn't appearing in the template tag dropdown, don't worry! Just contact LoyaltyLoop Support. We can help by adding that specific field from your data into your account, making it available for use as a template tag.

  • Can't remember our phone number? Click the "?" on the bottom right of your screen and you'll see it in the help widget.

2. Book a Session

Best For: In-depth discussions, troubleshooting, explaining complex issues, situations where screen sharing would be beneficial.

Do you have a more complex question or need to discuss specific aspects of your account that are easier to explain visually? Our "Book a Session" option allows you to schedule a Zoom call with a member of our support team. This is an excellent choice for scenarios where screen sharing can help clarify your needs and allow us to guide you more effectively.

How to book a session:

  1. Click the "?" icon on the left menu or bottom right of your screen
  2. Click "Book a Session" from inside the help widget
  3. Choose & confirm your day and time

3. Submit a Ticket/Email Support

Best for: Sending over a list of changes, detailed inquiries, off-hour requests and non-urgent questions, reaching out when you're short on time for a phone call.

For times when you don't have the immediate availability to speak on the phone, or if you have a list of changes or a detailed question that requires a written record, submitting a ticket or emailing our support team is the perfect solution. This method allows you to provide all the necessary information at your convenience, and our team will get back to you within one business day.

How to create a ticket:

  1. You can email us directly at support@loyaltyloop.com, or
  2. Click the "?" icon on the left menu or on the help widget in the bottom right of your screen.
  3. Click "Submit a Ticket".
  4. Compose and submit your ticket.
